For folks who are still confused...the sound effect is "doki doki" which is the Japanese sfx for a heartbeat. The panels are slowly getting darker, and the heartbeat sounds fainter, as a metaphor for Ulquiorra losing the will to live.
Also..."I am not want for ________" is old-school English, but it's right. Please stop pointing out otherwise XD EDIT 11/12/12: Apparently I spelt it wrong, it should be "wont," but in either case, "I am not wont for this world" basically means "I have no desire to be here."
